1. What We Are, And What We Are Not

eazyclients.com is a marketing services provider. We build, run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) that generate prospective client inquiries for law firms.

We are not a lawyer referral service. We do not recommend, select, endorse or vouch for any attorney to any consumer. We do not evaluate legal matters, offer legal advice, or exercise any judgment about whether a prospective client should retain any firm. We do not share in legal fees. All fees payable to us are for marketing services only and are not contingent on the outcome, settlement value, or fee generated by any matter.

Nothing in these Terms or on this website constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created between eazyclients.com and any consumer or any Client.

2. Qualified Leads

Every form submission a campaign generates is delivered to you, whether or not it is billable. You are billed only for submissions that meet every criterion for your practice area.

Motor Vehicle Accident / Personal Injury

A Qualified Lead is a unique form submission in which the prospect indicates all of the following:

• The accident occurred within the last twelve (12) months
• The prospect was not at fault
• The prospect is not represented by an attorney, or has an attorney but wants new representation
• The accident occurred in a state in which you are licensed

DUI / DWI Criminal Defense

A Qualified Lead is a unique form submission in which the prospect indicates all of the following:

• The prospect was actually arrested for DUI or DWI — not stopped, cited, or questioned only
• The arrest occurred within the last three (3) months
• The prospect is not represented by any attorney, including a court-appointed attorney or public defender
• The arrest occurred in a county you have identified in writing as a county you serve

How Qualification Is Determined

Jurisdiction Lists

You will provide your served states or counties in writing at onboarding and will notify us in writing of any change. Changes take effect only after we have confirmed receipt and updated the intake form. Leads delivered before a change takes effect are billed under the list in force at the time of delivery.

Duplicates

Repeat submissions from the same phone number within ninety (90) days are automatically excluded and are never billed.

What To Expect

These are people who saw an advertisement on a mobile device and completed a form. The following are inherent to paid social advertising and are already reflected in our pricing. No credits or refunds are available for any of them:

• Bad contact information — mistyped, incomplete, or intentionally false phone numbers and email addresses
• False or inaccurate information submitted on the form
• Prospects who do not answer, do not respond, or are no longer interested
• Prospects whose circumstances turn out to differ from what they reported

3. Fees And Billing

Fees are set out in your Marketing Services Agreement. Unless your Agreement states otherwise:

• You authorize us to store a payment method and to charge it for each Qualified Lead delivered, without further authorization
• Charges occur on delivery, not on a fixed schedule. There is no maximum number of charges per day, week or month. Expect multiple separate charges in a typical month
• We may, at our discretion, batch Qualified Leads delivered within the same twenty-four (24) hour period into a single charge. Batching does not change the per-lead rate
• An invoice and receipt are generated automatically with each charge, itemizing the Qualified Lead or Leads billed
• A running statement listing all Qualified Leads billed, and all submissions generated but not billed, is available on request
• Failed or declined payments result in immediate suspension of campaigns and lead delivery until payment is received. Pausing campaigns can negatively affect performance and cost per lead
• You will maintain a valid payment method and update it promptly on expiration or replacement

All fees paid to eazyclients.com are non-refundable.

4. Advertising Spend

Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta, on your own payment method, in your own advertising account. It is not paid to eazyclients.com, is not included in our fees, is never marked up by us, and is not refundable by us. You are responsible for maintaining the minimum advertising spend stated in your Agreement.

5. Term And Cancellation

• Month to month. No minimum term and no long-term contract
• You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. No notice period is required
• Cancellation is effective on receipt. Any Qualified Lead delivered before cancellation is effective remains billable and will be charged to the payment method on file
• We may cancel at any time on written notice
• All payments made are non-refundable

CRM After Cancellation

We provide and pay for your GoHighLevel sub-account while this Agreement is active. To retain it after cancellation, you must open and pay for your own GoHighLevel account and request the sub-account export in writing within thirty (30) days of cancellation. We will process the export within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Data not requested within that window will be deleted. After cancellation we will not continue to pay email, SMS, or A2P messaging charges, and you should contact GoHighLevel support and Meta support directly for support.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Pay Meta advertising spend directly and maintain the minimum stated in your Agreement
• Provide and maintain access to the Meta Business account, advertising account, Facebook Page, and any domains or assets needed to run campaigns
• Provide an accurate written list of the states or counties in which you accept matters, and update it in writing as it changes
• Maintain staff able to answer and work inbound leads during posted business hours
• Verify all facts, eligibility, conflicts, and representation status before accepting any matter
• Comply with all attorney advertising rules, rules of professional conduct, and applicable law in every jurisdiction where you practice, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and any state analogue, in all communications with leads
• Cooperate with A2P registration by providing the business and contact details required

7. Ownership And Licenses

• You own your Meta Business account, advertising account, Facebook Page, pixels, domains, branded creative, lead data and client data
• Where you are unable to create or maintain your own Meta advertising account, we may run campaigns from an advertising account owned by us, which we retain in all events. Campaigns will run through your own Facebook Page, which you own and retain
• We retain ownership of all custom non-branded advertising creative (graphics, video, UGC), including edits, variations and derivatives, and of all proprietary methods, processes, templates, automations and internal systems. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that creative for your own marketing while your Agreement is active. You may not resell, sublicense, or provide it to any third-party marketing vendor. The license terminates automatically on termination of your Agreement
• All lead data is exclusive to you. We will never share, sell, license, or reuse it for any other client, campaign, or competitor

To be precise about what exclusivity does and does not mean: we sell exclusivity of your leads, not a territory. We do not promise that we will never advertise for another firm in your state or county. We do not run the same campaign for a competing firm on the same leads, and if we are already running in your market we will tell you before you pay for anything.

8. Creative And Strategy Control

eazyclients.com has final authority over advertising creative, copy, imagery, offers, audience targeting, campaign structure, budget allocation, and testing strategy.

You may require removal or modification of any creative or copy that you determine in good faith is inconsistent with attorney advertising rules, the rules of professional conduct, or applicable law, and shall identify the specific rule relied upon in writing. You may not otherwise reject or require modification of creative or strategy on the basis of preference or personal taste.

9. Support

Email support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, at [email protected]. Campaign review calls on Zoom are available at your request and are not required.

10. No Guarantees

We make no guarantee of lead volume, qualification rates, consultations, signed cases, retainers, settlements, revenue, return on investment, or legal outcomes. CPM fluctuations, auction dynamics, seasonality and platform behavior are outside our control.

All figures published on this website, including everything produced by the calculators, and all case results and testimonials, are estimates or descriptions of specific past results. They are illustrative only and are not guarantees, projections, or promises of any result. Some firms will see results below the ranges shown. Some will see no signed cases at all. Results depend heavily on how quickly and persistently your firm contacts each lead.

11. Platform Risk

We cannot guarantee advertising platform compliance, including Meta advertising account restrictions, policy reviews, or shutdowns. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with appeals, but the decision rests solely with the platform, and no refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

12. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential for three (3) years following termination. Nothing in these Terms requires you to disclose information protected by the attorney-client privilege or the work product doctrine.

13. Indemnification

Each party indemnifies the other for its own breach, negligence, misconduct, violation of law, or third-party claims arising from materials it supplied. You indemnify eazyclients.com for claims arising from your attorney advertising compliance, your handling of leads, and your communications with prospects.

14. Limitation Of Liability

Except for indemnification, breach of confidentiality, or intellectual property infringement, each party's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid to eazyclients.com in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

15. Chargebacks And Disputes

You agree not to initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute without first providing written notice to [email protected] and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Any chargeback filed in violation of this provision is a material breach, and you are responsible for all costs of defending it, including administrative fees, collection costs, and reasonable attorney's fees.

16. Website Use

This website and its contents — including copy, design, graphics, calculators and data — are owned by KGN Consulting LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use any part of this website for a competing commercial purpose.

The calculators on this website are illustrations. Every figure they produce is an estimate drawn from our campaign data and from inputs you can change yourself. They are not quotes, projections, or promises.

We may modify or discontinue any part of this website at any time without notice.

17. General

• The parties are independent contractors. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship
• Neither party will make false or misleading statements that disparage the other
• Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control
• Neither party may assign its Agreement without the other's written consent, except to a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets
• If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force
• A signed Marketing Services Agreement may be amended only in a writing signed by both parties
• We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active Clients by email. Continued use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance
• Governing law: State of Florida. Disputes resolved exclusively in Flagler County, Florida
