This Privacy Policy explains how KGN Consulting LLC, doing business as eazyclients.com ("eazyclients.com," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information.
We handle two very different kinds of information. The first is information about law firms and their staff who visit this website or become our clients. The second is information about consumers who respond to advertising campaigns we run on behalf of those law firms. Section 2 covers the first. Section 3 covers the second, and the rules there are different — consumer lead data belongs to the law firm, not to us.
Contents
This Policy applies to eazyclients.com and to the advertising campaigns, landing pages and intake forms we build and operate on behalf of our law firm clients.
It does not apply to the privacy practices of any law firm we work with. Once a consumer's information is delivered to a law firm, that firm's own privacy policy and professional obligations govern how it is handled.
We may quote a recorded campaign review call as a testimonial on our marketing materials. Where we do, we use a first name and last initial unless you have agreed in writing to fuller attribution.
When a consumer responds to an advertisement we run for a law firm, they complete a form on a landing page branded for that firm. That form typically collects name, phone number, email address, location, and a small number of questions about their situation used to determine whether the inquiry meets the firm's criteria.
We act as a service provider to the law firm, not as an independent user of this data. Consumer lead information is collected for that firm, delivered to that firm, and is exclusive to that firm. We do not share it, sell it, license it, or reuse it for any other client, campaign or competitor. We use it only to deliver leads, run the automated follow-up the firm has engaged us to run, produce billing records, and operate and improve the campaign.
Consumers should understand the following:
A consumer who wants their information corrected or deleted should contact the law firm they submitted it to. If a consumer contacts us directly, we will route the request to that firm and delete the copy held in our systems where we are able to do so consistent with our obligations to that firm and with law.
This website and the landing pages we operate use cookies and similar technologies, including:
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Most browsers also transmit a Global Privacy Control signal if you enable it, which we honor as an opt-out of targeted advertising where applicable law requires.
We share personal information only as follows:
We do not share consumer lead data with any other law firm, ever.
Consumers who submit a form on a campaign landing page consent, at the point of submission, to be contacted by the law firm by phone, text message and email about their inquiry, including through automated follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consumers may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and may request help by replying HELP.
Our clients' campaigns are registered under A2P 10DLC. Law firms are solely responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and any state analogue in their own communications with leads.
Law firm contacts may receive operational email from us about their campaigns, billing and account. These are service messages rather than marketing, and are sent for as long as the account is active.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including access controls, encrypted transport, and vendors who maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to obtain a copy of it, to opt out of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time required by applicable law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
For consumer lead data, see Section 3 — the law firm you submitted your information to is the party that controls it.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the rights described in Section 9, including the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the categories of sources, the business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
In the twelve months preceding the date of this Policy, we have collected the categories of information described in Sections 2 and 3: identifiers, commercial information, internet activity information, geolocation inferred from IP address, and professional or employment information. We collect it from you directly, from your device automatically, and from advertising platforms. We disclose it for business purposes to the service providers named in Section 5.
Where we act as a service provider to a law firm in handling consumer lead data, we process that data only on that firm's documented instructions and do not retain, use or disclose it for any purpose other than performing the services.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We do not sell, license or resell consumer lead data to other law firms or to lead aggregators. Use of advertising pixels may constitute "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out through your browser's Global Privacy Control signal or by emailing us.
Our services are directed to law firms and to adults seeking legal representation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
This website links to and embeds third-party services, including a scheduling calendar. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this Policy does not govern them.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.

Disclosures
All figures on this site, including everything produced by the calculators, are estimates drawn from real data and are illustrative only. They are not guarantees, projections, or promises of any result. Cost per lead, qualification rate, conversion rate, and cost per signed case vary by market, practice area, competition, seasonality, advertising platform behavior, and most of all by how quickly and persistently your firm contacts each lead. Some firms will see results below these ranges. Some will see no signed cases at all. We do not guarantee lead volume, qualified lead volume, consultations, signed cases, settlements, revenue, or return on investment.
Case results and testimonials describe the experience of specific firms in specific markets over specific periods. They are not representative of what any other firm will achieve and are not a prediction of your results.
Leads are pre-qualified based solely on information the prospect enters on the intake form. We do not independently verify fault, injury, arrest, charge, representation status, jurisdiction, identity, or any other fact, and no advertising vendor can. Your firm is solely responsible for intake, conflict checks, case evaluation, and all client acceptance decisions.
Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta on your own payment method and in your own advertising account. It is not paid to eazyclients.com, is not included in our fees, and is not refundable by us. All fees paid to eazyclients.com are non-refundable.
eazyclients.com is a marketing services provider. We are not a lawyer referral service, we do not recommend or select attorneys for consumers, and we do not share in legal fees. All fees are for marketing services only and are not contingent on the outcome or value of any matter.
You are solely responsible for compliance with the attorney advertising rules and rules of professional conduct in every jurisdiction where you practice, and with all applicable telephone and text messaging laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and any state analogue.
