eazyclients.com — Exclusive, Pre-Qualified Case Leads For MVA And DUI Firms

Exclusive, Pre-Qualified Case Leads · MVA And DUI/DWI

Leads That Actually Turn Into Signed Cases.

We build the campaign, produce the creative, build the landing page, run it inside your own Meta ad account, and optimize it every week. Leads land in your CRM with email and text alerts the second they arrive — never shared, never resold. You are billed only for the ones that meet the criteria you agreed to. Everything else is delivered to you free.

Month to month. Cancel any time by email. Most firms are live in 3–5 days.

How We Charge

You Pay For Qualified Leads. Not Clicks, Not Impressions, Not A Monthly Retainer.

Every lead the campaign produces is delivered to you either way. The ones that miss any criterion are yours at no charge. The criteria are written into your agreement as plain yes/no questions the prospect answers themselves — not our judgment call — and every charge arrives as an itemized receipt naming the lead it covers.

Form Submissions Generated100

All of them delivered to your CRM, qualified or not.

Meet All Four Criteria — Billed~50

The only leads you ever pay for. The other ~50 are free.

Signed Cases~10

Roughly one in five qualified leads retains. Callback speed moves this more than anything else.

What A Hundred Leads Actually Looks Like.

The shape holds across both practice areas. Roughly half of submissions clear all four criteria, and roughly one in five of those retains. DUI runs at a lower cost per lead than MVA, but the qualification and retention proportions are the same. What matters is where you are billed: on the middle bar, never the top one — and the bottom bar is decided largely by how fast your intake picks up the phone.

Both vertical pages carry a calculator that runs these numbers against your own market and budget.

Illustrative proportions drawn from our campaign data, not a forecast or a guarantee of what your firm will produce.

What We Do

We Build Badass Meta Ad Campaigns That Generate Leads You Actually Sign.

Creative And Campaign

Six ad creatives to start — three video, three static — plus the campaign built and launched in your own Meta ad account. You review the creative before anything runs.

Landing Page And Tracking

A landing page branded for your firm, conversion and lead tracking, and A2P verification so your text follow-up is registered and compliant.

CRM And Follow-Up

A GoHighLevel CRM account we provide and pay for, email and text lead notifications, automated SMS follow-up, and a lead pipeline. Direct integration with your existing CRM on request.

Weekly Optimization

New creative and campaign optimization every week, included at no extra cost for as long as we work together. Lower cost per lead means more leads from the same ad spend.

You Own It

Your Meta business account, ad account, Facebook page, pixels, branded creative and every lead ever generated stay yours. If we stop working together, nothing is held hostage.

Exclusivity Where It Counts

A lead generated for your firm is never shared, resold, or delivered to anyone else, and we don't run the same campaign for a competing firm on the same leads.

California MVA: Cost Per Signed Case Against The Market

Ad spend only. The market range is the commonly cited cost to acquire a signed MVA case in California.

Our California client · 11 signed cases$2,684
Typical California MVA market$3,500 – $4,500

Bars are scaled to the top of the market range. One firm, one market, one period — not a forecast for your firm, and not a guarantee. Our per-qualified-lead fee is billed separately from ad spend and is not included in these figures.

We haven't really had luck with social media before, so it's nice to see something that's working — it's successful, I'm happy to double it.

Shawn R.MVA campaign · recorded check-in call

The fact that we're able to get on the phone with them, sign them up and get what we needed — I 100% think there's a lot more potential there.

Martin M.MVA campaign · recorded check-in call

We've got two signed clients — and just got a third today. Nothing you've got to change on your end.

Before You Call Us

The Parts Most Vendors Leave Out.

These leads are people who saw an ad on their phone and filled out a form. That reality is priced into what we charge, and it is already counted inside every figure on this site. If any of it is a dealbreaker, better to know now than after your campaign is built.

This Works If Your Firm

  • Has someone answering the phone during business hours who can sign a client
  • Can commit to the monthly ad spend minimum, paid to Meta directly
  • Is actively taking new cases right now
  • Will work a lead more than once before writing it off

What You Should Expect

  • Some phone numbers will be wrong, mistyped, or intentionally false
  • Some prospects won't answer — not on the first call, not on the fifth
  • Some stories will change once your intake digs in
  • Callback speed moves your results more than we do. We build the automation; a human at your office still has to dial
  • We don't guarantee anything. Not volume, not cases, not return on investment

Questions

The Things Firms Ask Before They Start.

What Stops You From Calling Everything "Qualified"?

The definition is written into your agreement and it comes down to four yes/no answers the prospect gives on the form — not our opinion. Every charge arrives as an itemized receipt naming the lead it covers, so you can check any of them against what landed in your CRM. A running statement of every qualified lead billed, and every submission generated but not billed, is available on request.

Duplicate submissions from the same phone number inside 90 days are dropped automatically and are never billed. And you can cancel by email the same day, effective on receipt — a vendor who games the definition earns one month of fees and loses the account.

Who Owns The Ad Account, The Creative And The Leads?

You own your Meta business account, ad account, Facebook page, pixels, domains, branded creative, lead data and client data. The campaign runs on your card in your own account. If we stop working together you keep the account, the audience data and every lead ever generated.

Two honest exceptions. Where a firm cannot create or maintain its own Meta advertising account, we may run campaigns from an account we own and retain — your Facebook page is still yours. And we retain ownership of our non-branded creative (the underlying graphics, video and UGC), which you are licensed to use while we're working together.

Are The Leads Exclusive?

Yes. A lead generated for your firm is never shared, resold, licensed or reused for another client, campaign or competitor. We also don't run the same campaign for a competing firm on the same leads.

To be precise about what that does and does not mean: we sell exclusivity of your leads, not a territory. We do not promise that we will never advertise for another firm in your state or county. If we're already running in your market, we'll tell you on the call.

How And When Am I Billed?

Per qualified lead, charged as each lead is delivered rather than on a monthly invoice — so expect several separate charges in a typical month, each with an itemized receipt. Leads delivered within the same 24 hours may be combined into a single charge; the per-lead rate doesn't change. All fees are non-refundable, and a failed or declined payment suspends campaigns and lead delivery until it's resolved.

Is There A Contract?

There's a marketing services agreement — you're a law firm, you'd want one. What there isn't is a term commitment. It's month to month with no minimum term, no notice period and no termination fee. You cancel by emailing [email protected] and it's effective on receipt. Any qualified lead delivered before then remains billable.

Is This Compliant With State Bar Advertising Rules?

We are a marketing services provider. We are not a lawyer referral service, we do not recommend or select attorneys for consumers, and we do not share in legal fees. Our fees are for marketing services only and are not contingent on the outcome or value of any matter.

That said, you are the licensed professional. You remain solely responsible for compliance with the attorney advertising rules and rules of professional conduct in every jurisdiction where you practice. You can require removal or modification of any creative you determine in good faith conflicts with those rules.

What If I Already Use Clio, Monday, Or Another CRM?

Not a problem. We provide and pay for a GoHighLevel account as part of the build, and we can integrate with or mirror into your existing system so your intake team doesn't change how it works. Direct integration is available on request during onboarding.

What Practice Areas Do You Work In?

Motor vehicle accident / personal injury, and DUI/DWI criminal defense. That's it. We used to take more and we were worse at all of them.

Disclosures

All figures on this site, including everything produced by the calculators, are estimates drawn from real data and are illustrative only. They are not guarantees, projections, or promises of any result. Cost per lead, qualification rate, conversion rate, and cost per signed case vary by market, practice area, competition, seasonality, advertising platform behavior, and most of all by how quickly and persistently your firm contacts each lead. Some firms will see results below these ranges. Some will see no signed cases at all. We do not guarantee lead volume, qualified lead volume, consultations, signed cases, settlements, revenue, or return on investment.

Case results and testimonials describe the experience of specific firms in specific markets over specific periods. They are not representative of what any other firm will achieve and are not a prediction of your results.

Leads are pre-qualified based solely on information the prospect enters on the intake form. We do not independently verify fault, injury, arrest, charge, representation status, jurisdiction, identity, or any other fact, and no advertising vendor can. Your firm is solely responsible for intake, conflict checks, case evaluation, and all client acceptance decisions.

Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta on your own payment method and in your own advertising account. It is not paid to eazyclients.com, is not included in our fees, and is not refundable by us. All fees paid to eazyclients.com are non-refundable.
